Super fitness Circuits Brighton are a friendly fun class,run by by fully qualified experienced personal trainer and strength coach Samuel Pont. Strength coach Samuel is also a qualified UKKAI kettlebell instructor- the leading kettlebell organisation in the U.K.
You'll burn off fat and lean up far quicker than a standard gym based program and get far fitter in the process!
Each class relies on a circuit training type theme with a variety of equipment from sandbags, power ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls, plyometrics,resistance bands and body weight drills which will enhance your functional fitness to the full.
Don't worry if you don't know what any of these are- you will receive expert tuition at a fraction of the cost of a normal Personal Training Session!
